Primonial REIM announces the Off-Plan acquisition of the “Cinetika” office building

in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (93) from the promoter Bricqueville

Primonial REIM announces the Off-Plan acquisition of an office building in Saint Ouen (93) for one of its trust funds. The completion date is set for the 4th quarter of 2022.

For this acquisition, Primonial REIM was advised by the Wargny-Katz Notary firm (Me Justine N’Diaye) for notary services and Etyo for the technical aspects. Bricqueville was advised by the 14 Pyramides notary firm (Me Xavier Lièvre) and supported by BNP CAPI. This transaction was completed by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
