The Management Board
Praemia REIM France brings together 200 professionals around an Executive Board composed of Marc Bertrand (Chairman of the Executive Board), Aurélie Cohen (Managing Director in charge of Products and Development), Charles Ragons (Managing Director, Real Estate Division), and Justine Mougin (Secretary General).

Marc Bertrand began his career in 1994 with GAN Assurances before joining the La Française group in 1999. Within La Française, Marc Bertrand has held a number of senior positions, including Chief Executive Officer of La Française REM France from 2007 to 2014, then Chairman of La Française GREIM France from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, he joined Amundi Immobilier as Chief Executive Officer.
Marc Bertrand is a graduate of Edhec, specialising in finance and financial management services (class of 1992), and holds AMF professional certification.

With an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Aurélie Cohen began her career at EY as an Audit & Transactions consultant. She then joined Groupe ADP as Director of Investor Relations. In 2017, she joined Euronext, first as Director of Investor Relations, then expanding her remit to include Communications and becoming a member of the Group's Executive Committee. She was responsible for developing the 2027 strategic plan and actively participated in Euronext's external growth and the integration of various acquisitions. She was a member of the board of directors of Borsa Italiana and a director of CLIFF. She brings to Praemia REIM France recognized expertise in international capital markets, financial communications, and transformation, serving performance and investor relations.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School with a major in Corporate Finance, Charles Ragons began his career in 2001 at Capgemini as a Management and Organization Consultant. In 2003, he joined Unibail-Rodamco, where he held several positions before being appointed Investment Director for the Office Division.
In 2009, he joined the Real Estate Division of the EDF Group and, two years later, became Chief Executive Officer of EDF IM Solutions and a member of the Real Estate Division’s Executive Committee.
In 2014, Charles Ragons was appointed Managing Director of the Real Estate Division at Colliers International France. He joined Praemia REIM in 2019 as Head of Asset Management before being promoted to Managing Director, Real Estate Division.

A graduate of IAE Aix-Marseille, Justine Mougin began her career as a consultant in compliance, internal control and risk management for financing, investment and retail banks and asset managers. She joined the Primonial Group as Internal Controller in early 2012. That same year, she was promoted to Chief Compliance Officer at Praemia REIM France, where she structured and oversaw the risk, compliance and internal control systems, working closely with the business lines and supervisory authorities. She is now responsible for the General Secretariat, including the Legal Department.
The supervisory bodies
The Supervisory Board
Praemia REIM is supervised by a Supervisory Board composed of 5 members, 2 of whom are independent. It meets at least 4 times a year to exercise the ongoing supervision of the management of the Company by the Management Board.
The Compliance & Internal Audit Committee
This Committee meets quarterly and deals with issues of compliance and control of the management company. The results of the audit works carried out, the state of progress of the compliance projects (rollout of new regulations, for example), and the action plans implemented to remedy malfunctions found or improve existing processes are referred here.
The Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Committee
This twice-yearly committee is an offshoot of the Compliance & Internal Audit Committee and specifically deals with issues relating to the control of money laundering and terrorist financing.
The Risk Committee
This committee meets several times a year to validate the risk budgets of the vehicles managed by Praemia REIM. It identifies the evolutions and main trends of the risks, so as to best predict them. Lastly, it monitors identified risks (monitoring of indicators, notably) and supervises the action plans implemented to control these risks.
