PRAEMIA REIM FRANCE STRENGTHENS ITS TEAMS WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF
PRUNE PERREAU-SAUSSINE AS HEAD OF THE RETAIL, RESIDENTIAL & HOSPITALITY
DIVISION

Praemia REIM France announces the appointment of Prune Perreau-Saussine as Head of the Retail, Residential & Hospitality division. In this role, she will oversee a real estate portfolio of €6.2 billion in assets under management, representing nearly 19% of Praemia REIM’s total assets under management.

She succeeds Valérie Pares-Bosdonnat, who has chosen to pursue new professional projects after nearly ten years with Praemia REIM France.

Reporting to Charles Ragons, Managing Director of the Real Estate division, Prune Perreau- Saussine will lead a team of 15 people. She will be responsible for the management and value enhancement of the Retail, Residential and Hospitality portfolios, as well as for the execution of related transactions.

This appointment is part of the development strategy implemented by Praemia REIM to strengthen its positioning in alternative asset classes, notably managed residential and hospitality. Biography of Prune Perreau-Saussine

A graduate of ESSEC Business School, Prune Perreau-Saussine has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate. After two asset management roles with listed property companies (Unibail-Rodamco- Westfield and Hammerson), then at AXA IM as Retail Specialist and Asset Management Lead for Retail, Hospitality and Residential in France, she joined Casino Immobilier in 2018, where she successively held several senior management positions covering strategic partnerships, asset management, leasing and development. There she built solid expertise in value creation, asset valuation and the delivery of complex real estate projects, ultimately heading the Property & Development division.
