Praemia REIM announces today the appointment of Guy-Young Lamé as Head of Research and Strategy. Guy-Young brings over two decades of experience in European and global real estate markets, having held senior research and strategic roles at Ivanhoé Cambridge (CDPQ), Invesco Real Estate and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
In her new role, Guy-Young will lead Research & Strategy at Praemia REIM, developing macroeconomic and sector analyses to support investment decision making across the firm’s pan-European platform. She will work closely with the investment and asset management teams to guide capital deployment, optimise portfolio construction and support product development across asset classes and geographies. Guy-Young will be based in the Paris office and report directly to Laurent Fléchet.

Guy-Young began her career at BNP Paribas Real Estate as Manager of Research for France. She then joined Invesco as European Research Manager, where she oversaw investment forecasting and supported capital raising across Europe and Asia, while also co-leading the firm’s local women’s network.
Most recently, she served as Global Head of Research and Perspectives at Ivanhoé Cambridge, overseeing global market insights, data strategy, risk analysis, ESG integration as well as actively contributing to DEI initiatives and global governance.
